With 13 years of elite sport under my belt (7 years in Artistic Gymnastics and 5 years in Highboard Diving and 1 year in Cheerleading), it is fair to say I have walked the walk.
My personal athlete career came to an end with a tumble resulting with a ruptured ACL, torn MCL and a fracture to my shin. My world was pulled beneath my feet, and everything I knew had come to an abrupt end.
The transition from elite athlete to "normal" girl was tough, and I simply felt like no on truly understood my struggles... even I couldn't make sense of them myself.
I went through a long journey of rehab, but also learning about myself again. Finding and owning my space in the gym. Discovering what brought me enjoyment in fitness. Figuring out what MY version of balance was, which allowed me to sculpt my physique to keep it toned, beat the disordered eating cycle I was in and be the fittest version of myself.
Whilst I have worked with non-athletes, there came a point where I knew I had more impact to be making in the health and fitness industry. I have now worked with ex-athletes globally, at every level of their sport from recreational to Olympians and Commonwealth Medalists.
But I knew there was still something missing. Something so big, it would become a movement...
That is where the Ex-Athlete Era was born.

Of course it is. Why? Because that is going to do a complete 180! I have worked with ex-athletes who had never even bought a gym membership before... and now are doing solo sessions PLUS learning new exercises! We take it at your pace, and over time confidence will grow.
What if I don't have much time to give?
Ex-Athlete Era is based around the fact that you do not need to give your whole life back to fitness. You can work, study, socialise and still achieve results. The tailored approach means your programme is developed to suit you and your lifestyle.
Ex-Athlete Coaching is a premium coaching programme due to the high quality, tailored approach taken towards your coaching journey as well as the huge extras you have access to within the service. The price of investment does reflect this, however, there are payment plan options to make the coaching AFTER sport coaching accessible for ex-athletes.
In short. Yes. We have a commitment period of 6 months for our coaching programme. You know better than most, that results and progress with training takes time. Therefore this time period allows you to move through our Progression Plan and see success in more ways than one throughout your ex-athlete era.
Understandable. Your life has been taken over by sport, so I bet you're thinking "there's no way I can get great results and it NOT take over my life again". But you can.
Your full engagement in the programme does not mean you are chained to the gym. But it will require more than just 'ticking the boxes' to get that motivation back up and see the results you are looking for.
